ABOUT BANTU AGENCY

who we ARE

We are an African-Australian–owned contracting and maintenance company based in Perth, Western Australia, and proudly operate as an Indigenous-affiliated service provider. Our core business is delivering reliable, end-to-end contracting, planned maintenance, and rapid-response repairs across the Mining, Healthcare, Hospitality and Education sectors. Alongside our technical services, we offer compliance and workforce-management support to keep your sites safe, efficient and fully certified. Registered in both Zambia (Lusaka) and Australia (Perth), we are the first contractors of our kind advancing social justice on a global scale. We understand the obstacles Indigenous and migrant communities face in industry and strive to create workplaces where diversity, equity and inclusion are not slogans but everyday practices.

Our Indigenous affiliation inspires us to promote a strong sense of community on every project, to embed equitable policies that fully embrace cultural diversity, and to implement structures that uplift Indigenous communities through sustainable employment and training initiatives.

vision

Our ambition is to become the partner of choice for high-quality contracting and maintenance services by combining technical excellence with a genuinely human touch. We cultivate warm, collaborative relationships with clients and local communities, ensuring open communication and respectful engagement from project inception to completion. Our teams uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, applying advanced expertise and rigorous quality controls to deliver reliable, cost-effective results every time. Beyond the job site, we invest meaningfully in social initiatives—contributing time, skills and resources to programmes that strengthen the regions where we work—so our success translates into lasting benefits for the wider community.

misson

Our mission is to keep critical facilities running at peak performance, freeing our clients to concentrate on innovation, growth and the strategic priorities that define their success. We do this by deploying rigorously vetted tradespeople who arrive job-ready with the right certifications, tools and safety culture; by mobilising specialist teams on short notice to tackle shutdowns, emergency repairs and seasonal peaks; and by implementing data-driven asset-management programs that extend equipment life, cut energy use and anticipate faults before they disrupt operations.

Every engagement is underpinned by strict compliance with local and international standards, robust environmental and safety protocols, and transparent cost controls that deliver measurable value. At the same time, we channel contract opportunities into structured apprenticeships, upskilling pathways and leadership development for individuals from Indigenous and other under-represented communities, proving that world-class maintenance and genuine social impact can—and should—go hand in hand.
